Chanced upon this soul classic the other day on my ipod and it was the perfect soundtrack to a sunny journey home.

    With the exception of the stings, Shuggie played all instruments (he was 19 at the time)The best track on the album is the title song "Inspiration Information"-he also wrote and performed "Strawberry letter 23" Which was covered by The Brothers Johnson. He was invited to play guitar for the Rolling Stones before Woody joined the group, but turned it down.
